Mark practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning (wills/trusts), trust and estate administration, probate, guardianship and bankruptcy. He has handled numerous real estate transactions, commercial and residential, in the Cook, Will, Grundy, DuPage, Kane and Kankakee County areas. Additionally, he is a guardian ad litem for the Will County Probate Court.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2011 where he was a member and editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. His studies focused on estate planning and tax law. Mark has helped plan, draft and administer many estates and trusts to ensure efficient distribution of assets while minimizing taxes and other expenses for small and large estates.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mark received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating summa cum laude with a major in economics and with highest distinction from the Economics Department. In addition to his legal work, he has presented seminars on decedents’ estates in real estate, estate planning, and tax planning.
Daniel is a licensed attorney in Illinois and Michigan. He represents clients in commercial litigation matters including first party property claims, insurance coverage disputes and declaratory judgement actions, bad faith settlement claims against insurers, and fraud and breach of contract claims against public adjusters. Daniel also has experience in real estate, corporate, and other commercial transactions.
Daniel has joined our firm to manage the claims caused by Hurricane Ian.
